Through thoughtful material sourcing, circular and modular production methods designed for reuse, and low-impact event design, we create work that aims to restore ecosystems, support social well-being and communities, and create solutions that contribute positively to people and our planet. Prioritizing Well Being + Growth
- Project Overview:
Wellness fuels growth at MoonLab. With mental health days, unlimited PTO, telehealth, and wellness programming, our team is supported in recharging, reflecting, and sustaining creative flow. Cassandra brings an ongoing commitment to wellness through her trainings and practices—guiding breathwork, meditations, mindfulness, and clarity to support teams and leaders in evolving and leading with authenticity.

Worthy of Love Partnership
- Project Overview:
We’ve supported Worthy of Love since 2015 and our Founder, Cassandra, sits on the board. Worthy of Love is an organization that throws unforgettable birthday parties for youth experiencing homelessness in Los Angeles County and Houston. Families experiencing homelessness often lack the resources needed to celebrate their children on their birthday. Worthy of Love steps in by transforming their environment and providing all-expenses-paid birthday parties.

Supporting Women Businesses
- Project Overview:
WBENC-certified and women-led, MoonLab supports women to lead, innovate, and thrive. We support women founders and vendors to co-create balanced systems and workplaces for a more equitable future. Our partnerships include NOVA Innovation, Bee2Be, and through our ecosystem partner, EarthLab, that support women founded ventures with Cassandra’s advisorship. Katie is also an active member of the Forbes Agency Council.

Nurturing Sustainability Worldwide
- Project Overview:
MoonLab’s regenerative design mission goes beyond sustainability, creating experiences that replenish and inspire. In partnership with BloqLab, we redefined swag with Instacart’s interactive “No Swag” activation, raising money for Feed America. Inspired by a Rube Goldberg machine, attendees voted for their favorite meal, showing how creativity and purpose can drive impact.

Celebrating Individuality + Unity
- Project Overview:
We harness the power of diverse perspectives to create experiences that connect, inspire, and elevate all communities. We’ve activated several pride parade floats with Uber and Benefit Cosmetics and multiple Uber IDEA trade show booths at minority-focused shows like Out & Equal, GHC, Render, and AfroTech—championing diversity, women, and underrepresented voices in tech while fostering belonging and collaboration.
