Uber For Business

Trade show booths have a reputation for blending together. We built something different. For GBTA 2025, MoonLab partnered with Uber for Business to design an activation that reflected everything the brand stands for: seamless, elevated, and genuinely useful. The brief was simple: make business travelers feel like they're already being taken care of.

The result was a space that moved through moments. Passport stamping gave attendees a tangible memory to take home. A barista station served logo-dusted lattes that were as photogenic as they were necessary. Self-care stations and quiet recharge zones offered a rare exhale on a packed conference floor. A dedicated VIP pick-up and drop-off lounge, complete with cold popsicles, made the last impression as strong as the first.

Every element was intentional. Meeting areas were designed to facilitate real conversation, not just foot traffic. Every hospitality detail reinforced what Uber for Business already knows: travelers notice when someone’s thought of everything.

This is what we mean when we say event design is strategy. The best activations don’t just attract attention. They build belief.
