Hinge Health Annual Movement Conference

For the fifth year, we partnered with Hinge Health to bring its mission to life through an immersive in-person experience for health and benefits professionals dedicated to improving the well-being of their members.

2026 marked the largest Movement Conference yet. Hosted at Convene Chicago, the 1.5-day experience brought together 600+ onsite attendees for speaker sessions, conversations, interactive programming, and new ways to engage with Hinge Health’s mission. We collaborated with the Hinge Health team on new activation concepts to bring key announcements to life, including the Migraine Hallway Activation, while elevating VIP experiences and onsite activities throughout the event.

Attendees experienced Hinge Health’s platform through TrueMotion technology and engaged with interactive moments throughout the conference. VIP guests enjoyed elevated experiences including custom YETI engraving, live caricatures, and a custom-wrapped claw machine, creating opportunities for connection and engagement beyond the main programming.

The 2026 experience also built on ideas and assets from previous years. As part of our commitment to regenerative design, we reimagined and repurposed elements from past Movement Conferences to create a refreshed experience while reducing the need to start from scratch.

Our partnership with Hinge Health began with the 2022 Movement Conference, and each year has brought new opportunities to create an engaging, memorable experience around the idea of movement. In 2022 and 2023, we curated one-day experiences featuring custom elements like a “Refresh” Juice Bar, a bike charging activation inspired by Hinge Health’s “every body moving” messaging, and a book signing with acclaimed author Cheryl Strayed.

In 2024, the conference expanded with new interactive experiences designed to keep attendees moving and engaged, including a mini golf course, Zen Den, product hall, headshot activation, and podcast booth for Hinge Health’s “Taking The Floor” podcast.

Across five years, the Movement Conference has continued to evolve alongside Hinge Health, from intimate one-day experiences to its largest gathering yet. Each year, we’ve created new ways for attendees to connect with Hinge Health’s mission, explore its innovations, and experience their own unique Movement journey.
