Overjet Patient Summit
An intimate summit where dental AI met luxury, wellness, and connection.
We had the pleasure of producing the Patient Summit for Overjet, a women-founded and women-led innovator in dental AI. Set at the stunning Lodge at Sonoma, this three-day, invite-only experience brought together leading providers, insurers, educators, and tech voices to explore the future of dentistry through the lens of artificial intelligence.
Overjet’s goal was to move from a typical conference format and create a premium, connection-focused event. We designed a high-touch experience that combined expert panels with curated moments like wine blending, hands-on charcuterie workshops, yoga at sunrise, a local winery tour, and a private exotic car rally through Napa Valley.
Every detail was intentionally crafted to inspire conversation and reflect Overjet’s innovative, people-centered approach. To reduce our environmental impact, we consolidated all event materials at BloqLab and shipped them in a single truck from Los Angeles to San Francisco.
