Overjet Patient Summit
An intimate summit where dental AI met luxury, wellness, and connection.
We had the pleasure of producing the Patient Summit for Overjet, a women-founded and women-led innovator in dental AI. Set at the stunning Lodge at Sonoma, this three-day, invite-only experience brought together leading providers, insurers, educators, and tech voices to explore the future of dentistry through the lens of artificial intelligence.
Overjet wanted to move away from the typical conference format and create a premium, connection-focused event. We designed a high-touch experience that combined expert panels with curated moments like wine blending, hands-on charcuterie workshops, yoga at sunrise, a local winery tour, and a private exotic car rally through Napa Valley.
Every detail was intentionally crafted to inspire conversation and reflect Overjet’s innovative, people-centered approach. To reduce our environmental impact, we consolidated all event materials at BloqLab and shipped them in a single truck from Los Angeles to San Francisco.
