Instacart Athlos
At Athlos NYC 2025, we teamed up with Instacart to bring the fun beyond the track celebrating the strength, spirit, and sisterhood of women athletes everywhere!
Athletes raced their fastest while attendees fueled up at a vibrant juice bar and our custom bodega full of fresh fruits and snacks. The Athletes Lounge kept competitors energized with a glam station, snack and drink bar, stretch zone, and DJ booth, plus a Hype Zone so the next generation of fierce female athletes could join the fun!
To bring the experience to life, we thoughtfully repurposed major elements from previous Instacart activations, giving high-impact builds a second life and reducing event waste along the way.
It was a day that championed women on and off the track proving how Instacart can power standout moments for every athlete and every generation.
